The Animals Voice has long been a voice for the voiceless. We are animal rights advocates for all animals but specialize in cat care education and TNR, (Trap, Neuter, Return) information for community cats. Please encourage TNR where you live with your city and county governments.
If you see community cats in your area like the one above with an ear tip or a notch out of it's ear, that means it is spayed or neutered and just needs fed, watered, and a shelter with straw (not hay), to live in.
